Disliked: Air conditioning didn’t work. Room was 28.5 degrees. Barely slept. Mentioned at check out but response was we will look into it.

GOOD IN PARTS - COULD...

Liked: The room was clean and well furnished; the beds were a good size and comfortable (if rather creaky!).The shower was good.Staff were friendly and helpful overall.
Disliked: *The TV in the room had never been installed, and also had no input signal. Despite this, for some reason, the remote's batteries were heavily corroded and even after changing them the remoted didn't work. I am surprised this was not picked up when servicing the room between guests!*There is a lack of hooks in both the room (e.g. for outdoor coats), and the bathroom (just two, both inside the shower area). to cope with towels, dressing gowns, clothing for two guests.*The cooked breakfast was poor - eggs and sausages very disappointing. Baked goods disn't taste fresh, but cereal, toast and fruit juice were fine.

Liked: Very friendly staff at reception. Comfortable room. Excellent breakfast, again with friendly staff. Exceptionally helpful at checkout.
Disliked: Not a lot
