Liked: Location was off the main road so fairly quiet - we were away from the main part of the building where most of the guests were staying so had a very comfortable stay. Staff very friendly and eager to help - changed the fridge in our room which wasn't working instead of moving us.
Disliked: Nothing negative to say about this stay

Disappointing

Liked: Bed was comfortable,we went to a concert that night,we check in and left for the concert, when we got back to the room that night at 10:30,we discovered the TV did not work,no one at the front desk to help,reported it at 7am Going to breakfast, front desk said they would let maintenance know when they come in

Liked: It was the first time that we stayed at this hotel, as we always stay at other nearby hotels. It is at an adequate location to get us closest to our events since the other hotels were already all booked.
Disliked: The level of cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. The heavy musky smell in the room probably from lack of airing out and carpets not having been shampooed in a long time, dirty mirrors, washrooms, etc.
