It was horrible and l felt sick.

Disliked: The room was smelling of cigarettes and they refused to change it.

Liked: I like that it was in a quiet environment
Disliked: I didnt like that i booked a smoking room but received a non smoking room. I dont like that i had to ask for an iron that barely worked and i didnt like that the hair dryer didnt work.. the lamp by the table didnt work and that i paid $100 to have none of those things i listed.

Liked: Location. Good variety of TV channels.
Disliked: Let's see, where do I start? We were in town for my fiance's aunt funeral. Bathtub was filthy.Requested a non-smoking room. However, my room smelled like a smoke shack. It set my allergies off something awful! I found it hard to breathe, and I barely got any sleep. Plus, the bed linens had cigarette burns on them. When I asked for another room, I was told there were no other rooms available. The room was overpriced, NOT worth $182 for 2 nights! No iron or ironing board in the room. I had to ask the front desk for an iron, and I had to iron our clothes on the bed. No breakfast.It's safe to say that we will NOT be back! I'd rather sleep in my car before I book another room with them. Booking needs to remove this hotel from its "genious" category immediately!
