Quality Inn

Helpful staff at this location. Obviously it's not a five star hotel but it's not bad either. Great place to stay if you are seeing a show at the Westville Bowl (3 miles away). $16 cab to the show.

Liked: Fairly new looking. Lobby was clean.
Disliked: No elevators to upper floors, no handicapped parking. No microwave in room. Walls in room had holes in it from what looked like screws that were removed. There were spots on the walls that had not been cleaned and had noticeable dark substance on it. Staff was rude upon arrival. The person checking us in said rudely said check in was at 3pm but the sign said 2pm. When pointed out she told me to sit down and wait. Twenty minutes later she aggressively told me to come back to the window and said she would check me in but that next time she won’t. At check out the same person again was rude and when I said something about it I was told I would be blocked from staying there again because I had a service animal that she considered a pet even though it was not. All in all the experience was not a good one.
