I wasn’t in the motel...

Liked: Didn’t know if was a motel 6 until I got there. It was the nicest motel 6 that I have ever stayed at.

Not the newest and best,...

Liked: The price is pretty low for a hotel that close to downtown
Disliked: It's all very simple, not too comfortable, the AC is very loud and the rooms could be cleaner. In total, the whole hotel has seen better days and would need some renovation - but for that price, you can't complain.

No Frills Motel at an...

Liked: This is a simple, efficient, no-frills property priced for economy. Perfectly adequate for a short stay. Reasonably comfortable bed, plenty of hot water and EXCELLENT water pressure, ample supply of towels, strong AC, prime location for accessing the Green Line, downtown, and the nightlife up on Cedar Springs. I would stay here again.
Disliked: I think this property is a good deal for the price and I would stay here again. A few things to keep in mind...* Bathroom is supplied with bar soap only. Bring any toiletries you need with you, even basic ones.* Some noisy appliances (refrigerator, AC) turn on and off during the night.* The property is reasonably clean, but not spotless.My one disappointment was that the property advertised included breakfast in their listing, but did not provide it. At check-in I was told there was no breakfast. When I pointed out that it was in the listing, I was told I was wrong. I was denied a partial refund for the property's error. Breakfast for this type of property is not to be expected, but if it's in the listing it should be provided. It's also useful to know there are other properties in the area that are similarly priced and do provide breakfast. Having said that, this property is still a good deal.

I wouldn’t stay here again

Disliked: Not the prettiest neighborhood, our room was dirty restroom shower was not scrubbed right you can see how the grime is in the creases of the wall tiles, they need to switch the caulking it already has turned moldy. They really need to let go of the towels and invest in new ones they are very worn out (bring your own) head boards have all kinds of finger prints. Rooms have an awful smell it helped once we turned the ac on it’s probably from them allowing dogs in. Really hate to give bad reviews but sometimes it’s the only way for owners to fix things

Liked: This hotel was absolutely disgusting. The opposite of clean and the entire hotel had numerous horrible smells.
Disliked: Dirty, smelled awful
