Good hotel, great location, great...

Liked: The hotel really benefits from a ski in ski out location with a fantastic heated pool and large jacuzzi/health club. lovely to soak up after a days skiing. the food was good and the hotel was very comfortable
Disliked: It was a shame the bar and restaurant was not open on Tuesday and Wednesday. caught us out a little. I would also like to see a more comfortable/welcoming lobby with the bar open and available from say 3pm onwards. the hotel would really benefit from that.

Disliked: The hotel can't seem to regulate the temperature in the building (especially the upper floors), so after a night of sleeping (not sleeping) in an overheated room with windows open.... moved to bottom floor. Otherwise, awesome place to stay.

Very disappointed with the rooms...

Liked: We have stayed here last year and rebooked since it was a good experience. This year however there was no hot water in the shower. It was like warm and after bringing it to the attention of the front desk they sent someone to check and said he would have to work on the valve. He stated that it was only a bit warmer if that. Since it was just myself and sons we tried to tolerate it but had my wife been with us she wouldn’t have tolerated this condition of the room and would have checked out. After skiing all day one expects the shower to be hot.
Disliked: No hot water to shower. Also no extra toilet paper in the room and when asked to get 2 rolls they only gave one
