The place is clean, safe, attractive. The staff is well trained. However, when you do not get the room you booked and have to squeeze 7 people into a room for 4, it greatly reduces your ability to enjoy your stay. We literally were stepping on each other for three days. We could not unpack our things because there was no room. I booked 6 months in advance because it was important for us to have the room we asked for. This was my fourth time staying at this hotel. I will not be returning again.

Disliked: I booked a suite 6 months ago. Checked in 3 hours early but did not get my room I was promised. They ended up putting me and my 6 guests in a room meant for 4 people.

An Enjoyable Stay in October

Liked: The bed was comfortable. The bar and its food, excellent. Peter, the bartender is extremely knowledgeable and accommodating.
Disliked: Operating the airconditioning was a bit difficult. The room became stuffy duffy during the night.

Very disappointing

Liked: Quite a good location near Times Square.
Disliked: We were booked into a very small pokey room with a very small window looking onto a brick wall. Changed to a better and bigger room the following night. However still a poor quality room for the amount of money charged. We booked out of the hotel to an alternative hotel that was fantastic and at a much lower cost.

We had a wonderful time....

Liked: The hotel was very conveniently located. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room had a kitchenette which really came in handy. Overall, it was a wonderful place to stay.
Disliked: Next time, we might choose a hotel further from Times Square. It was very noisy at night in our hotel room. That is not the hotel's fault, but something to consider.
