Liked: Everyone at the reception was super friendly and welcoming. Especially the young lady that went out of her way to give me some of her pads when I asked if they sold any. (Which they didn't, but she gave me some of hers.) She was a life saver and I hate that I didn't get her name. Our stay was amazing. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Liked: The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was great! There were lots of options to choose from. Check in and out was easy, and the hotel was secure. I liked that a key was required for entry at all times. Luggage storage was available after my check-out, and they let me leave my car in the secure parking as well.
Disliked: There was hair in my bathtub upon arrival, and I didn't like that you have to walk underneath the interstate to get to the riverwalk and convention centers. It felt unsafe and there were people under the overpass in the low lighting. The location is fine, but not great.

Excellent facility in prime location

Liked: Fantastic location about 5 min walk from Alamodome. also accessible to riverwalk but a little longer walk. But there are busy bars only a block away as well.
Disliked: Because we were in a busy block with late night bars, it was a little noisy at night well past midnight. It did not bother us so much especially since we were about 5 floors up, but for those that value quiet at night this place may be a problem.
