Liked: great location. great parking
Disliked: no one seems to be able to check that IGH rewards given for this stay. I told Booking on line my rewards number, but when checked in , hotel clerk couldn't fined this, She took awhile to get this resolved and get rewards for IGH applied and when I checked out, a different clerk couldn't tell if rewards applied or not. Why is this so difficult? I often stay at IGH and this is constant issue. Never have received any free room and unsure reward program is applied for me.

Liked: Enjoyed the comfort and privacy. Felt safe. Took advantage of the kitchenette.

Liked: Staff was friendly and accommodating to us except for 1 girl our first night was kinda rude when asking for and extra blanket which she said they were out of. Everybody else was friendly and went above and beyond for us!
Disliked: We had a suite that accommodated 6 people but we only had towels and washcloths for 3. We had to ask for more towels, washcloths, toilet paper, and blankets for the sofa!
