When I booked the reservation the person who helped was great, very friendly, helpful and knowledgable. A great price and staff, will definitely come visit again soon.

Liked: Great service; clean rooms; wonderful location next to everything at a great price.

We stayed on 10/26/12 for a concert at the Wilbur. I was quite concerned after reading reviews that were either 1 star or 5 stars. I gave it 5 stars and wonder what the 1 star reviewers experienced. We had a deluxe room which, for the $20 more per night, was absolutely worth it. The lobby is beautiful, the staff was friendly and efficient, the elevators ran perfectly, and the experience was excellent. If one is trying to skimp on everything, one should not be surprised if things aren't perfect. Spend the extra money. We'll stay there again.

Disliked: bed was not comfortable. ADA compliant room was large but shower floor not properly sloped, that made water get all over the bathroom floor

Disappointed

Liked: The person who has managed my check in was really un professional and she told immediately that there is non available room when I have asked her with out showing any efforts checking and then when I argue that there are multiple rooms available as shown by other third parties then she said ok I will check .. wondering is this Hilton we all know !!!! After booking one night through third party I have check out laterally after three hours from checking because I was really not happy with the room was too small and in top I have been charged additional non sense charges ie. $40 services which was not be explained upfront . Really disappointed and will not come again to this hotel !!!!!!!

Perfect service and stay for...

Liked: Location and facilities and the staff.
Disliked: I really cannot fault it-although there were a couple of fire alarms including the evening before the marathon but safety is paramount and the hotel instructions were timely and clear, so all good. Not sure if there is something keeping tripping the alarms though!
