The front desk woman who checked me in was so nice and extremely helpful. Definitely will be booking there again.

I was not impressed and...

Liked: We liked the room that we stayed in and when we called for extra towels the staff was prompt.
Disliked: When we first arrived, the bellman was not very attentive. My friend needed help with her luggage and instead of him taking her suitcase and placing it on a luggage cart, he rolled it inside and left it. He was just not very helpful at all. The floor in our hotel room was not vacuumed, there were items from previous guests that were left behind, no body wash in the shower, and you do not get pillows for the pullout couch only a pair of sheets. When checking out, I was told that the room was never paid for even though I specifically chose to pay in advance as a cheaper option and I was given the excuse that they "switched systems two days prior"...I guess I was not too happy about this and should have been brought up/cleared up during check in. All in all, this hotel and city are beautiful and the history is cool but for a hotel with so many positive reviews I was not impressed and our next visit will include us staying elsewhere.
