Disliked: Charged my card twice. After waiting at desk for 30 min trying to check in, then key to room didn't work, had to give to front desk 3 more times just to get checked in.

Liked: The staff was great and accommodating
Disliked: They really didn’t have much sugar free/carb free stuff for breakfast. Went to get some eggs and they were all out and when I asked the last doing the breakfast she was very short with me. Went up and spoke with the girls at the front desk and they were able to brainstorm with me!!

Liked: We love this chain so much. The staff are always exceptional. Very kind and welcoming! Rooms are always very clean and my family of 4 loves that they have a kitchen in them. I'm a chef and even on breaks and vacations they still want me to cook and this is a wonderful option to not eat out all the time!
Disliked: Nothing other than Google gave us the directions to the old location but that's not the hotel's fault!

Liked: The breakfast was more extensive and better quality than the usual hotel breakfast fare. There was no clock or clock radio in the room. As I have found in most comparable rooms the bathroom lighting is not adequate for applying makeup. However the lighting you provide at the desk was an improvement,
