Liked: Front desk receptionist was very nice and helpful. Great customer service. Actually everyone was nice.

A nightmare in Lake Charles

Liked: The way I was able to pack.up and leave.
Disliked: The room was hot like a furnace. The staff not friendly. Horrible stay. Sofa was filthy with black oil like stains. Somebody was watching me take a shower and called me fatso.

Liked: The breakfast was excellent and had a great variety to choose. I love this hotel and will stay again.
Disliked: There was nothing that I did not like.

Do t stay here

Liked: Facility was very dirty. No attention to detail. Furniture was disgusting. Couch so sticky you would not dare sit on it. Carpet filthy and sticky. Fire alarm went off at7 am for a minute or two. No apology or explanation. Lots of choices in Lakes Charles. Don’t make the same mistake we did.
