Very good

Great stay!

Liked: Very clean, very quiet! Great spacious room! Breakfast is always a great option and there was lots to choose from.
Disliked: Bed was hard and a little squeaky.

Exceptional

Liked: Breakfast and comfortable beds.
Disliked: Nothing

Excellent - fabulous location, great...

Liked: Excellent - easy to park, great location right near the Glass Museum but also a lovely stroll across the river to Corning Main Street
Disliked: No biggie, but the gentleman at check in didn’t tell us the glass museum ticket goes for 2 days. When we asked if we should head over that afternoon, he suggested waiting till the next day. Then the next day, they said it’s a two day ticket and you need to leave any glass creation you make overnight and pick it up the next day… so we couldn’t do the glass blowing activity we wanted to… as we were leaving that day :)

Would Definitely Stay Again

Liked: Breakfast was wonderful, beyond our expectations. The staff were extremely helpful, caring, and welcoming. Everything was clean and easy to find. Having the dishes in the room definitely helped. There are all sorts of helpful amenities for those who stay longer and need to cook meals. The location was ideal for visiting the Corning Museum of Glass, which we did and enjoyed very much.

Excellent room size

Liked: I loved having a suite with two bedrooms that were not side by side. Loved the jacuzzi and indoor pool. I loved that staff were helpful to my mom in her walker when she tried to do the breakfast buffet on her own.
Disliked: It would be great to have handicap accessible suites so that when families like ours stay, it's easier to shower.. The shower chair was very helpful but still not as easy as a walk in shower would have been.

One night was enough

Disliked: Elevators were broken. Staff seemed cold and unfriendly.
