Best waffles of any hotel...

Liked: It was a hot breakfast with fresh waffles and yogurt.
Disliked: The patio furniture outside was barely useable and torn to shreds.

Disliked: the room doesn't have an oven in the kitchenette.

Liked: Breakfast has a nice variety of fruits, oatmeal, cereals, eggs, bacon, toast, sausage and bacon. I like it when they make biscuits and gravy.
Disliked: The hotel itself is an old building which appears to have been built in the 80s or 90s. They need to bring it up to date and give it a facelift.

Nice hotel with loyal staff...

Liked: Our stay was phenomenal - we were in town to work in Round Rock and arrived extremely late. The young lady working the front the desk was extremely friendly and accommodating. The room is not anything luxurious but very comfortable and clean. I would not recommend the beds for longer than 1 or 2 nights (personal pref.). However, we were working both weekends and decided to stay the entire time. For professionals looking for a quiet comfortable place to work while staying here - the rooms here accommodate this great. Breakfast is not a five star meal but is fresh and readily available each morning. We unfortunately, had a negative experience with another guest (came to our room...who does that?) - however, that was not the focus for us - the response and action from the front desk (Will, Eric and Shadel) was phenomenal. The staff handled the situation professionally and quickly. Unfortunately, the other guest was at the desk at the same time as me and proceeded to make entitled statements about being a diamond member. While I appreciate loyalty programs - that does not negate or devalue the importance of anyone else's experience. The team moved me to another room and accommodated us for the issue and even followed up the next morning to ensure we were happy and if we needed anything. Cannot recommend this place enough!!! We will def. be back.
Disliked: The fitness room is missing some of the free weights. Who would steal those?

Disliked: staff they dont help and not so helpfull at all looks annoyed why we have to be the one to bring used towels in the front desk to get new ones
