I had for a long...
Liked: The architecture, the original features of a remarkable building, which has been turned back into a luxury hotel. The breakfast was very satisfying, both in choice and quality. The staff were charming and friendly.
Disliked: The price! But it is a fine hotel, in a historic building and so conveniently placed. I wanted an indulgence and it was definitely worth paying for the experience.

Hotel was great staff great...
Liked: Everything about property was excellent
Disliked: Had to wait along time for room key having to be let into my room by staff quite number off times before eventually receiving key late in the eveningClearly not staffs fault but not great !

The place is not worth...
Liked: Location- close to everything
Disliked: I paid 799 per night for a small room. I would expect it to be spacious, suite, and grand with extra perks for the price I paid. Let me just say I have stayed to much beautiful and luxurious room hotel for less than 799 per night in Hilton/ Conrad/Sheraton/Hyatt. The room I got is too much for standard room.

Unforgettable stay in Victorian Era...
Liked: The Victorian Architecture sets the athmosphere for a wonderful experience in Central London. The location is about as central as it can get, next to St. Pancras and King's Cross stations. Great experience! Good SPA and Bar as well!
Disliked: Breakfast could have been more exciting. A bit sparse for the price.
