Disliked: It felt as though 80% of the staff started working there the day before….Very expensive bar prices, without service to matchThe staff were friendly, just very inexperienced

Liked: All of the staff were excellent.the location is perfect for exploring St Alban's.

Disliked: Some of the staff were not professional and one was even rude. No heating in the dining room which was cold at night and we had to ask to put it on! Chilly in the lounge area. Had to ask for help with suitcase! Totally unacceptable
