Very pleasant and good value...

Liked: Loved downstairs decor and breakfast was delicious. Liked handy car park and value for money. Location perfect.
Disliked: Room a little drab… nice paint colour no pictures or anything to make it more homely… a little sparse. Bathroom large .. we were given a disabled facilities room, but seemed a bit tired. More electric points for charging would be handy.

Liked: Nice location to centre of norwich.
Disliked: Beware of the car park. I parked in the correct car park but have received a fine as they are saying my car details were not registered with the hotel when I gave these to the manager. Unsuccessful appeal and still had to pay the fine.

Ok for one night but...

Liked: It was ok for one night. Breakfast was good. Location was good.
Disliked: It needs a bit of TLC! Quite scuffed and tired looking. Odd colour scheme. Wardrobe didn’t match other furniture and there’s a hole drilled in the back of it. Doesn’t look like there’s any heating in there as there was an electric convector heater and no radiator. Wi-Fi was very weak and only picked up BBC1 on the TV. Expensive for what it is.
