A perfect stay in London....

Liked: Stunning property with so much history. Couldn’t have been any more beautiful or better situated in London. We loved walking through St James Park in the evening to get to dinner in other central locations.

Super location, great accommodation, friendly...

Liked: I have stayed here before. It is a beautiful hotel with character and a lovely ambience.
Disliked: The hotel was experiencing a problem with the water system, and two of our party were unable to shower on the last morning. I informed reception and was told that it was an ongoing problem. The receptionist addressed this issue by altering the overall cost considerably. We were more than happy with the outcome and it would not deter us from staying at this beautiful hotel again.

Very nice!

Liked: Beautiful property located close to the tube which was nice.
Disliked: Rooms are small for a family of 4 so if you have 4 people make sure you get two rooms.

Great stay!

Liked: The staffs were very helpful and kind. The room was spacious enough for one people. I ordered from in room dining and I enjoyed the food.
Disliked: I can hear the noised from the corridor when ppeople open and close their door but it was not that disturbing.
