Disliked: Parking could be better

My stay in nutshell

Liked: The room set up was nice, everyone was respectful of keeping things quiet in the hotel. Room service was great when needed blankets, towels etc.
Disliked: The pillows really sucked they turned flat super quick and made for a rough night of sleeping.I asked the staff to check for my triple A discount and she didn't seem like she wanted to take the effort to do it and gave my hotel keys to me right away.The pool room never had any towels had to go out and tell them each time to bring themParking spaces are so small definitely not made for a suv. So not to my surprise I received a door ding on my brand new vehicle (I was parked directly in the middle of the space).

Room is great, staff not...

Liked: The room size was nice.
Disliked: Only one elevator. The staff was rude: when I went to see about checking in early, the attendant was on a personal call and didn't know I was at the desk for almost 5 minutes and when I inquired about early checkin, I was flat out denied. No reason other than checking was at 3. When I checked in later, the woman at the desk was more interested in the kid in the lobby than me. When I inquired about potentially extending my stay by a night, the attendant at the desk this morning very snidely told me no and that there wasn't a room to be found. Also, the Hot tub was not on the first two nights we were there.

Disliked: Staff was not friendly when checking on or out. Never asked me of if I enjoyed my stay: there was no small talk didn’t thank meFor staying with them. Could use some improvment on there costumer service skills. Breakfast was ok bacon was that basically it was just cooked not crispy like bacon should be:

Liked: The room was amazing, very clean and comfortable bed, we enjoyed the room
Disliked: The person at the front desk, we waited in front of him like 10 minutes until he decided to ask: what do you want?, not polite at all and his voice was so soft, he did not care at all, the same thing at check out, just: done, you can go! And one thing that was annoying is that the price was confirmed at $125.49 and at the end we were charged $150, don't know about the extra charges, if it was like a security deposit for the room but nobody at the hotel explained to us.
