SpringHill is just a 15 minute walk to the American Airlines Center and restaurants and bars on the way. Loved the convenience of it being so close. The Dallas World Aquarium is just across the way which was awesome. Will most definitely be staying here again.

Disliked: Yes, no hotel parking. Poor lighting in the room. My AC didn’t work properly and the floor around the unit was sopping wet.

Great prices; easy reservation/check in process. Room/hotel was clean and in a great area of town near restaurants and family fun areas.

Liked: Clean; good breakfast and nice, friendly staff.
Disliked: Loud cleaning lady in the hallway.

Overall it was a great stay. It was walking distance to the House of Blues which made it convenient to go to the concert.

Liked: The pillows were so fluffy.
Disliked: The lighting in the hallway was a bit dim.

Liked: Clean; close to the House of Blues Dallas.

Liked: The front desk staff was excellent. She was attentive and was able to clear up a problem with our reservation quickly and efficiently.

For the price, you would think the room would be better but it was outdated and smelled old. I will NEVER stay here again!

Springhill was one of the best hotels I have stayed in. Well located, within walking distance to great restaurants, shopping and entertainment. The associates were very attentive and made sure we had all we needed. I will definitely stay again for our girl's night out.
