Liked: Lovely rooms, very modern and clean Bathroom very nice with daily fresh towels etc. would highly recommend this hotel. Town centre but no noise at night. Buffet breakfast available which was very nicely presented. Evening meal in restaurant absolutely first class. Not over expensive with lovely decor and service excellent. Would definitely return here in the future.

Perfect short stay venue.Very friendly...

Liked: Centrally located for alternative restaurants, also Chesterfield ideal to visit Bolsover Castle, Kedleston Hall and Hardwick Hall. Restaurant very convenient serving excellent food. Onsite parking free.
Disliked: V good continental breakfast on landing self service works well. Room table too low to eat comfortably sitting in armchairs. Bath sheets too large for space to store in bathroom.

Wonderful

Liked: The young man who booked us in was so helpful..thank you-sorry I didnt know your name. Guided us to our lovely room (so lush!!!!) and answered all our silly questions. Breakfast was lovely...such a good idea to have everything outside the room. Everything just felt really special. Will definitely recommend and return.

Perfect place in Chesterfield.

Liked: Rooms were lovely. Beds comfy. Clean and smart bathroom. Spotless place. Breakfast was lovely and we could sort out and have in our room. Great value for money too. Staff were really helpful and friendly. CCTV in the car park!! Really easy to get to station too.
Disliked: Nothing at all.

Good location, but try to...

Liked: Large bedroom and bathroom for the price.Spacious shower.Good location for town.Car park.
Disliked: We had a noisy room next to a busy road.Breakfast is quirky - a buffet that you take back to your room, as there is nowhere to sit where it's set up.

Liked: Good shower, comfy bed, convenient location.
Disliked: No staff around, exit via external steel staircase. Continental breakfast only on table in hallway. I was hoping that by staying at a restaurant, that it would have been a sit down breakfast.

Great value

Liked: The room was large, the bed was comfortable. Shower worked well, lots of hot water and controllable temperature,
Disliked: shower cubicle was a bit small for me, I'm 6'5" so a bit tricky washing my feet.No tea making facilities in room, they were on a common breakfast area on the hall. Not much of a problem but you had to get dressed to make a coffee.
