Place was very nice, perfect...

Liked: The staff there were fantastic. I had a tiny screw fall out of my glasses and ask if they knew a place that can fix it. Not only did they know one, he walked my wife and I all the way across the Duomo square to a high end sunglasses shop who fixed it free of charge for me!
Disliked: Unfortunately our room AC was broken for our one night which made the room a bit warmer than I would have liked. I have asthma and cooler air is easier to breathe.

Beautiful hotel right near the Duomo!! Excellent location and staff!!

Liked: We loved the location of this beautiful hotel in the heart of Milan right by the Duomo. Everyone of the staff we interacted with were so accomodating and always with a smile and a caring answer to all our questions. The rooms were clean and beautiful and the breakfast was really really good, and in a beautiful warm cozy area.
Disliked: The only thing this hotel is missing is a nice size lobby, and a place where we could sit at night and have a drink and gather other than the bar area where the drinks were a little bit expensive for us. We booked three rooms, all different, and we were a little disappointmented with the smallest room we booked because it was too small. Couldnt even open up your suitcases properly. The other rooms were very nice!! The price was expensive, but for a big city not over the top.
