Lovely hotel in energetic area...

Liked: The hotel is lovely with neat decorations. The location can’t be beat. There’s a great energy in this area of Chicago. Our dinner was excellent, and in the morning there’s a Petes coffee just down the road, which is a super location to people watch. The hotel is also close to the museum of science and industry. We were very tired and had to park a couple of blocks away, but the parking itself is very easy to do and it was really just a short walk back to the hotel so not an issue at all.

Great stay but bad follow...

Liked: Property was located near a ton a nice restaurants and shopping.
Disliked: The only issue I had with the stay was that I waited over a hour and a half after check in time. Sent multiple emails to the management concerning this issue and never has received a response. The stay was perfect but the follow up to my issue is non existent.

Worth the money

Liked: I like the ambiance, the record player, and the comfort of the bed.
Disliked: There wasn't anything that I didn't like

Cozy

Liked: The stuff is always friendly and helpful, the hotel is clean and the esthetics of the hotel are very cool. The food from the restaurant??!!!! Delicious! Highly recommend!
Disliked: The food from the restaurant is delicious is there a chance that there could be some variety in the menu?
