Disliked: The room smells very bad. I think because previous person stayed in the room cook. It smells stink and like rotten seafood.

Liked: I liked the location and how updated the rooms were
Disliked: I didn’t like the smoking and the washer and dryer app did not work for me I think the weekly rate could’ve been a little less expensive as well

Disliked: I cancel my reservation and await a refund. As a single older lady this place did not feel safe. I immediately let the guy at the front desk know this. He was understanding and told me to cancel with you and he'd cancel the reservation on his end. I'm still waiting for my refund. Can you assist me with this?

Comfortable and clean

Liked: Clean rooms and friendly staff. Use of laundry room included in stay. Quiet time enforced
Disliked: The bathroom didn't have a fan. I had to think of something.

Liked: Location and style of the room
Disliked: Cleanliness, and how run down the facilities have become. Hallways floor and walls were dirty. The first room they put us on smelled so bad and had an exposed wall socket. In the second room, they put us in the AC went out and we had to sit all night in a hot room. The hotel only wanted to credit me a half day, which was ridiculous. I don't blame the employees, they are only working with what the hotel is giving them. Used to be a great place to stay.
