Liked: The room itself was nice, very clean. The housekeeping staff is very attentive.
Disliked: The front desk woman informed me it was included in the room rate, and she provided me with the breakfast times. The next morning, the kitchen staff or whoever runs the breakfast was very rude, and profiled me and my friend because we were wearing gym clothes. She very rudely handled the situation, and when I went back to talk to the same front desk woman, she had "never said that". My friend and I left because we were not going to pay $29 each for breakfast when we could find an outside cafe. When I got back to my hotel room, my friend told me the kitchen staff and another guest started talking badly about what I was wearing. I was wearing running shorts and T-shirt. While the hotel itself was nice, I will not stay here again or recommend.

Liked: the bed was nice and comfortable, room was clean and the parking was very accessible, although not free
Disliked: the woman at the front desk was on the phone for like 10 minutes while i was standing there waiting to get checked in which she did apologize for but still not exactly ideal, once she attended me she processed to ask if i had someone over the age of 21 with me even though i called in advance and i was told anyone over 18 could check in so that was unnecessary which made me feel uncomfortable, then she proceeded to charge me a 150$ fee and i had paid for the room in advanced so i was just simply curious to what i was paying another 150$ for and she gave me a dirty look and spoke with an attitude as if my question was an inconvenience so that was rude and then the room didn't have a microwave which i thought was pretty standard in any hotel room especially considering the price, there is a microwave for every floor but not one in each room which was a small inconvenience
