Liked: the bed was nice and comfortable, room was clean and the parking was very accessible, although not free
Disliked: the woman at the front desk was on the phone for like 10 minutes while i was standing there waiting to get checked in which she did apologize for but still not exactly ideal, once she attended me she processed to ask if i had someone over the age of 21 with me even though i called in advance and i was told anyone over 18 could check in so that was unnecessary which made me feel uncomfortable, then she proceeded to charge me a 150$ fee and i had paid for the room in advanced so i was just simply curious to what i was paying another 150$ for and she gave me a dirty look and spoke with an attitude as if my question was an inconvenience so that was rude and then the room didn't have a microwave which i thought was pretty standard in any hotel room especially considering the price, there is a microwave for every floor but not one in each room which was a small inconvenience

Disliked: Hotel staff, who helped us checked in, had bad attitude, really not comfortable.

Disliked: It was so hot in the room and Air conditioning was not working at all. Hardly we could sleep. No option for tea drinker in the room as they had a coffee maker. Other than that very nice hotel undoubtedly.

Liked: Very friendly staff at breakfast and reception
Disliked: Room smelled of smoke and very unpleasant air / lack of ventilation. The price was very expensive for quality of stay, particularly the room smell.
