Great hotel close to airport...

Liked: Great shuttle service to and from airport.Room was a suite and it was huge and lovely; wish we had longer to stay to enjoy it as we got in later and left very early. Hot tub and pool closes at 9pm so we missed those too. Breakfast starts at 7:30 so we missed that too. Very lovely hotel though and rooms. Very close to shopping mall and BART station. So we were able to take that into San Francisco for a tour.
Disliked: Wish hot tub was open until 10pm.

Needs improvement

Liked: Location is great is the only buy of this
Disliked: I was surprised of nearly transparent curtains in the room. Except bathroom there is no privacy in bedroom or living area and imagine getting a room on ground floor makes it unsafe and anyone can sneak into your room

Disappointing

Disliked: I needs elevators. When I checked in at night, my son had to carry my 49# suitcase up three flights of stairs. The man at the desk when I checked in assured my son that there would be someone at 3:00am to take my bag down and there wasn't. The new man at the front desk at first said no to helping as he was the only person at the desk, but relented and helped anyway. And your site advertised that there was a 24hr. Shuttle service to and from the airport and that was NOT true. I had to take an Uber from there to the airport at 3:00 am!

Exceptional

Liked: Kind staff, wonderful airport shuttle drivers, clean rooms, quiet, convenient for staying close to the airport, easy check-in even though we arrived after midnight. The only recommendation is a larger space for the gym would be nice.

Worst stay

Liked: Very old property, washroom fittings are broken state . No spreads in breakfast. Rude front desk
