Perfect location and spacious bright...

Liked: Huge lovely bright suites. Great amenities and a nice breakfast. Short walk to the Alamo and river walk which was perfect. It was everything we needed and more
Disliked: The floor in the kitchen area was a little dirty, crumbs/bits on the floor. But other than that it was spotless

Very good

Liked: Space in suite. Second asked at front desk for a taxi to pick us up at 5:15 am the next morning and it arrived on time.
Disliked: More variety in breakfast area including fruit. When asked to change towels and empty trash it took 2 days of asking before done.

Exceptional

Perfect location!

Liked: It was walking distance to the alamo, riverwalk, rainforest cafe!
Disliked: They did switch up our room and put my credit card on a different room......BUT as soon as they realized the mistake everything was fixed, offered us the correct room but we were settled in and chose to stay in our other room. Definitely, could have been a big deal but it wasnt at all.

Our stay was exceptional expected...

Liked: The location was great for walking distance to the convention center. We stayed in a two bedroom suite which had a lot of space. Kids said the breakfast was great.
Disliked: The hallway’s and elevator were a bit hot and stuffy. One of the rooms bed lights were not working or the phone. I did let the front know they sent their security to check it out he couldn’t get it to work so offered an extension cord. One of the showers didn’t get as hot as the other shower for a minute I thought the hot water wasn’t working. The water never got hot only lukewarm and when we flushed the toilet it would make a loud sound. One room had a big vent which made the room cold when we had the ac on but the other room wouldn’t get as cold.

Not worth it.

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: The room was damp and running the AC didn't dry it out. The windows would not open. Also housekeeping did not come by when they were scheduled to.

Liked: It was easy to walk to and from several locations
Disliked: The pool is way too small, only holds a maximum of 20 people and the hotel has 13 floors

Not worth the price other...

Liked: The kitchenette in the room and full size fridge was wonderful as well as the room size.
Disliked: It was impossible to reach guest services without having to physically go down to the front desk. I needed trash bags several times because the trash can is tiny (bathroom sized) for a room you can cook in it was annoying. The toilet and shower did not flush/drain well the entire time. The parking fee/valet which is the only option was $50 a night and was not listed anywhere on my booking details that was a big expense that wasn't planned for. The AC was out in the entire hotel (other than in the rooms) so hallways, elevator, common areas ect was very very hot. The pool is tiny and hardly worth going to. The windows had fingerprints all over them and our coffee pot had left behind coffee bags in it with mold. Valet took forever to retrieve your car at times they were so slammed it took up to 40 minutes waiting for them to bring your car around. We also had to leave it on the street several times waiting for it to be parked due to them being backed up. Again guest services was impossible to reach so calling for it ahead was also impossible. One of the valet drivers was in such a rush he was driving fast and making super sharp u-turns in people's cars.
