NOT A HOTEL!

Liked: nothing! I had my hopes up for a nice family suite. ended up very disappointed. with I would have gotten a notice of the change.
Disliked: , I booked to stay for the weekend. No one answered the number provided for the property. I eventually knocked on a door of what I thought was another guest, but I was a resident who said the place was converted to condos months ago! to drive from Chicago to Minnesota, I was pissed! but we ended up staying closer by for about the same price

Disliked: We have stayed there before but it was much cleaner then. Sofa/ sofa bed had obviously not been cleaned in a while. Lots of junk in it. Pool was broken and green

Rude rude rude and an...

Liked: I had like the idea of the size for me and three teenagers and my husband
Disliked: The fact that I had booked this hotel 9 months ago for a Labor Day wedding when we are 7 hours away from home travel all day had confirmed my booking before we left get there at 9:00 at night on a Friday and was told that they overbooked and they tried to get a hold of me to tell me I no longer had a reservation and every hotel in the area is booked because it's a holiday and she was very very rude at the front desk which I find highly doubtful that they tried to contact me at all being I booked on here and all my information is there and I had just received a confirmation email prior.... I should have believed it's reviews before I even booked I would not recommend giving this place your credit card to book it or the confidence that you'll have a room when you need it

Disliked: Room carpet was soiled

Overall it was pleasant I...

Liked: I liked the location and the spaciousness of the room as well as the balcony and the fact it had an oven in the room.
Disliked: The bathroom, the tub and toilet were heavily stained and rusted. The carpet was so dirty my daughters feet were black from walking on it barefoot. The kitchen table was wobbly and unstable. The shelf in the bathroom was broken in the closet and there was glass on the patio. The neighbors above me kept throwing trash down in front of my door

Frustrating

Disliked: I didn't stay ..the room smelled of smoke and I was told there were no other rooms.
