Overall a very pleasant experience...

Liked: Room was spacious. Full kitchen with large fridge. Breakfast was great. I personally enjoyed making my own fresh waffles. Check in/out was a breeze and location is great being a 5 minute drive to Burlington Mall and Lahey Hospital
Disliked: Renovations are currently ongoing and this was not mentioned at any point before check in. Whilst it didn't overly affect us it was a surprise. In our room we had 2 double beds and the one by the window was directly in line with the A/C vent so you were constantly blasted with either hot air or cold air and there was no way to redirect the air flow

Great value, good location -...

Liked: Breakfast was free and had a good mixture of hot and cold foods. Scrambled eggs, sausage patties, and home fries were available as well as a waffle maker and a mixture of pastries and cereals.
Disliked: Rooms were very clean but a bit aged. Bedrooms were comfortable but the open area furniture was clearly old. I believe this location is upgrading in April 2025 based on posters in the hotel so that might solve this.
