Close to airport. Horrible manager...
Liked: I like that it was close to the airport
Disliked: I didn’t like how the staff were rude. They don’t greet you and they weren’t friendly. They didn’t clean the room and we didn’t get to shower one day because they wouldn’t bring towels. We stayed in our room with trash and dirty towels for 2 days because they wouldn’t come clean. The manager was very aggressive when she came to our room and said “We got a message yall room hadn’t been clean since yall got here!” Well it hasn’t been cleaned but that’s not how you come speaking to customers. Very aggressive. Almost like she was “checking” someone. Then she gave us stupid reasons as to why no one had been by the clean. Meanwhile the phone in the room doesn’t even work and everytime we asked for help no one came.

It was ok
Liked: I like the pool n hot tub!
Disliked: The pool room didn’t have towels n our room only had 3 towels n 3 rags n there was 5 of us. So we had to ask for extras each day n before going to the pool. Employees not so nice n there WASNT a complimentary breakfast!

Good for a short stay.

Descent
Liked: Facilities look new and clean
Disliked: When they say “breakfast included”, I pictured a glorious self-serve, all-you-can-eat spread—the kind you find at most competing hotels—where you fill your plate and forget about prices. Instead, I got a crash course in budgeting—with a side of dry toast. The policy? You can order anything you like… as long as it doesn’t exceed $18 from the hotel menu (which, spoiler alert, is priced like it’s being served on a gold-plated tray). I cobbled together a few modest items, hit the $18 limit almost immediately, and still left the dining area hungrier than when I arrived. Next time, I’ll just pack granola bars and avoid the heartbreak. I think it won’t be next time.
