Disappointed

Liked: The location was good.
Disliked: I booked a room with a spa bath, but it did not work. There was garbage under the sick. When I let the staff at the front desk know they basically blew me off. It was a terrible weather day my car had broken down we had waited for 4 hours in the cold for a tow truck and then took a cab to the motel I just really wanted to relax in the spa tub. I had hoped things could have been better.
