This is a low functioning...

Disliked: There was no hot water, resulting in an ice cold shower. When I mentioned this to the desk clerk I was told, matter of factly, that "the pilot light is out". I had to request an adjustment to my room rate charge. It should have been voluntarily offered, along with a sincere apology.

Bad customer service

Liked: It was convenient to store and gas stations
Disliked: They messed up and only charged me for one pet pet fee 20 $ and they kept my 50 $ deposit for there mess up I told them at check in 2 pets I don't see how they could keep 50 $ for that they should have only took the 20$ if any at all
