Disliked: Ppl in room next door,were fighting all night! Tv did not work,needs a good clean job

Liked: Close to area of main road
Disliked: No heat and lamps were not working.

Liked: Reception . Heather was very nice at the reception .
Disliked: The building is old. Window curtain was partially broken. The bathroom fan was so loud. No new bathroom towels were provided on second day.nor cleaning if the room was done. Building not build to reduce highway & city traffic noise .

Horrendous stay compared to other...

Liked: There is nothing to be liked during the stay. Unless you want to be constantly awoke to your room handle being messed with and car alarms going off in the parking lot. Took twenty minutes for the front desk guy to get there to check me in. Claiming to have been assisting a customer in her room but both individuals smelled like drugs and sweating, bloodshot eyes.
Disliked: The front desk cussing me out, banging on the door stating to get the fuck out. After I called to see why my room door was being banged on at 9am saying housekeeping. When I had asked the guy the night before for a late check out he said he could do noon. Been waiting over a week to speak with a manager. No surprise no call.
