Disliked: when we arrived to check in we were given a key went to our room it had nit been cleaned or made. went back to desk was given a second room it was also un made and dirty. it took three times to get a room that was ready.

I was a very nice accomodation and I would stay there again.

Liked: I did enjoy my stay at the Sleep Inn in Billings, MT. I have no complaints. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. I am glad the WIFI was free. That is always nice. I would recommend it to others.
Disliked: I don't have any complaints. However, there was a disturbance in the middle of the night that woke me up. The police were called and it was handled. I know it was not the motel's fault so I have no complaint about that. I would still recommend this motel.
