Great place to stay and a short Uber ride to the White Oak Music Hall. Very good hotel and I would book here again if I am staying in the area.

Liked: I have a lot of good details. Easy to find; very well lit parking lot; front desk staff friendly and helpful; A/C in room worked great; very clean hotel and room; breakfast was good.
Disliked: No ice machine on the third floor.

Enjoyed my stay; will definitely be my hotel of choice if back out in that area.

Liked: The location to downtown was perfect
Disliked: Rooms smelled bad, beds were very, hard customer service was poor, it was not a pay at the property..charged me $118 before checking in, then charged me the full amount for the stay. Still waiting on a refund.

Liked: Convenient to the comedy show we went to.
Disliked: The girl at the front desk was very unprofessional and very rude!! I went through booking and only needed one night and she said it was for 2 and I proceeded to show her the email and confirmation and she told me to call booking and refused to look at it. I tried to pay with my business card and she refused it and said it wasn’t real. The entire process was insane. I was also charged over 50$ for a wash rag that had makeup on it. I called to see what the charge was for and the same rude girl answered and told me she had pictures and I asked to see them and she told me she didn’t have to show me anything. She told me she would have a manager call me. She called me back and was very rude and told me she wouldn’t have anyone call me. She should not be working for the public as rude as she is. Also being charged over 50$ for a wash rag is insane. Wash it and it comes off. There is no sign that says don’t use the wash rag. I have 6 different charges trying to come out of my bank but the bank refused them and it is all from this hotel.

Lovely stay

Liked: I enjoyed my stay here. The staff were very helpful and professional. They were kind enough to answer my concerns about extending my stay. The hotel was clean and organized. Housekeeping did regular maintenance.
Disliked: I didn’t like the exit out the parking lot because it has a steep downhill. Some of our Lyft drivers had a hard time with lower car models.
