Liked: The staff at the front desk on 4/2 misinformed us that breakfast was included when further staff on 4/3 rudely and without bothering to make eye contact told us that breakfast was not payed for as part of the deal. That is on top of the cave-like room with no ability to open a window. That is on top of the 100% markup for location … we paid for a nose-bleed narrow motel with awful guest-despising staff. Kudos to the bartender, though !!!!!!

A beautiful place!

Liked: Very friendly staff - especially Holly! She was a wonderful shuttle driver!!!
Disliked: The sound between rooms - we could hear the conversations from the people next door to us as clear as day.

Liked: Good location next to some good restaurant and a Wholefoods, very friendly and helpful staff. Nice set up for breakfast.

Pricey but beautiful views!

Liked: Shuttle service was great! Jamie was terrific! The views from balcony!!
Disliked: Parking fee was outrageous considering the price of the room.

Disliked: The hot tub was not working. You had to carry your luggage up and down stairs or roll them a long way around up and down steep hills.

Liked: There was a meeting in the evening with the staff that explained Sedona and places you wanted to make sure you visited.
