Great view, poor service

Disliked: Front Desk Staff upon check in and next day-- seemed 'bothered' and were not wanting to assist with any needs or requests from ourselves or other guests that were in front of us.

Liked: View from restaurant and trrace was spectacular
Disliked: I paid $400 for a room with a view of the parking lot. I paid this amount to get a view of the landscape from my bedroom. It is these views that feature on website and there was no suggestion on the website or in subsequent communication that I would get a view of a parking lot instead. I also had to wait 20 minutes to check in.

Liked: The views are awesome but you need to enjoy that on the terraces as the rooms have very small windows.
Disliked: The 1st floor room area. The bath and shower were not working when we arrived. The swimming pool location was at the end of the parking lot.
