Disliked: Hot water was lacking. Potentially a note to allow residents to increase the heat in the shower is a good idea

Liked: We got a last minute deal for the last weekend of Jan 2025 and to our surprise we got a balcony with ocean views. Magical.
Disliked: We loved every, facilities, views from the Terrace and wonderful customer service restaurant experience.

Liked: Excellent location. Rooms were clean, tidy & comfortable. Staff were excellent.
Disliked: I thought it was weird going through one heavy door with your key card to get to your room door which you also had to use your key card. The doors were boxed in tight which made it a little difficult to go through with bags etc.

Liked: Rooms were good but the bed mattresses were very hard. Other than the bed discomfort everything else was good.Breakfast we made our own didn't use the restaurant.Didnt have kids it was only adults.
Disliked: Bed Mattresses were very hard to the back. All of us did not have a comfortable sleep as the mattresses were too hard.
