Liked: Location is great. Like the plank flooring so much better than carpeting. Front desk staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. They have electric car chargers! Right downtown but it’s still a quiet location. Perfect for walking to the shops and restaurants. Also close to the airport.
Disliked: It’s an older property so is showing its age a bit in the bathroom. Also just not as soundproof as newer builds. Bed mattress was just fine but not great.

Liked: We loved the Sidney Waterfront Inn. The room was very clean, the bed comfortable, the bathroom had lots of good quality towels and an excellent shower. We appreciated the fridge and microwave. The fireplace would be wonderful on a cooler night. The view was lovelty. We moved the dining table in front of the patio doors and enjoyed the view while having a simple but filling breakfast from the breakfast room. Staff were very friendly. It was great to walk the harbour front right from the hotel. Highly recommended.
Disliked: Having to lug suitcases up a flight of stairs, but we knew that beforehand.
