We enjoyed our stay, mostly because they went above and beyond to make up for the mistake. We appreciated the service and kind staff.

Liked: The room contained a very comfortable bed and pillows. The room itself was a good size, we stayed in the Junior Suite King which was spacious. The staff were attentive and the courtyard area was lovely and a good place to sit in.
Disliked: The noise from the room is unnecessarily loud. We stayed in a ground-floor room. The doors and windows need to be further soundproofed as it was almost like sleeping outside.The bar does not open until 5 pm and the restaurant is rather small for a restaurant. Not so much a concern for us, but rather for anyone who requires it.

A great place to stay…we...

Liked: Everything. it was recommended by a friend as we were staying in LA 2 nights. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, as well as professional. I think we had a junior suite, which was charmingly furnished with everything we needed. we enjoyed the security of the valet parking. Also close to shopping area.
Disliked: nithing I can think of.
