Liked: The pool
Disliked: Room dated, clogged sink, low water pressure, names carved in headboard, and chair in room completely stained. You didn’t even want to sit on.

Our stay was not satisfactory
Liked: Hotel was close-ish to Levi stadium
Disliked: I purposely asked several weeks ahead of time about check in policies (especially during busy times ex. The upcoming Morgan Wallen concert) I was told I could come around 1 and the room should be ready, OR I could pay for early check in and guarantee the room to be ready anytime after 9. It was not!! We got there later than anticipated due to traffic (around 2:30, so after the 1 o’clock time they said it would be ready by) there was a massive line, rooms were not ready, some people were getting ready for the concert in the hotel bathroom! We got to the line around 3:20 and got our room key. We went up to our room, and the cleaning cart was two doors down. Our room was not clean!! Not sure why they even gave us the key. We told the lady who was attending the rooms that we were going in, and had to get ready and the front gave us a key. Someone else who I am assuming was the manager, came knocking on the door and rudely told us the other lady needed to clean our room. We told her we were given a key, asked specifically for early check in, and needed to get ready. It was solved by the manager saying they would come clean when we leftThe room was clean when we returned from the concert. At check out the next day, we had them check that the early check in was not charged since they obviously didn’t prepare for us. It was not, but they also didn’t offer any apology really, or anything. Just said no it wasn’t charged. Needless to say, would not return.

Disliked: Worn out furniture that should be replaced, stain on couch and carpet. The bathtub needs reglazing, caulking, replaced or something. There are no vending machines for drinks at the ice machine. Drinks sold by the front desk were outrageously priced... $8 for a bottle of Aquafina water???

Not worth it.
Liked: Heated pool and Bistro restaurant next door were great.
Disliked: The room was highly dissatisfying. Torn up carpet, no ventilation in the bathroom, headboard had tears and inappropriate markings. No ice machine on our floor, and bathroom shelving was missing.

My stay was significantly frustrating...
Liked: Although the hotel is kind of old already but still it has its fashion and uniqueness, stands out still as a branded hotel.
Disliked: I recently discovered some unexpected charges that I was not informed about at the time of booking or check-in. My room rate was supposed to be $129, tax included. However, I was surprised to see a charge of $154—apparently due to an additional $15 parking fee that was never disclosed to me beforehand.To make matters worse, my credit card statement shows a total charge of $187, which is even more confusing. There’s no explanation or breakdown provided on the receipt to justify this amount. What’s particularly concerning is that instead of listing my address in Hayward, California, the receipt reflects an address in the Netherlands. This discrepancy raises the possibility that the charge may have been mistakenly associated with someone else’s account or processed incorrectly.Overall, the billing process was frustratingly unclear and left me with more questions than answers. I believe I deserve a detailed explanation and resolution regarding the overcharge and address issue.
