Liked: Staff were very nice. Loved the bed and pillows - haven't slept that well in a long time. Beautiful view of the marsh.
Disliked: Found a pill on the floor by the bed, which tells me the floors were not vacuumed very well. My wet towel that I had hung on the shower rod was folded up and put back on the shelf, so when I took a shower that night the towel I grabbed off the shelf thinking it was a clean towel was actually the wet towel I had hung on the shower rod to dry. Air didn't work but it wasn't unbearable.

Awesome
Liked: Best location of any hotel to stay in Charleston. Close enough to all the attractions, but beautifully settled on the Martian Harbor. A little bit of nature, and a little bit of city. I love how they had so many attractions right there from water taxis to kayaking and restaurants and walking distance. The view from the end was beautiful. It had a lovely pool on the deck on the harbor. You really can’t get better than this!
Disliked: Nothing is ever going to be perfect in any hotel that you stay in. The only complaint I have is late at night. It was hard to sleep because I could hear I guess what was children running through the hotel way past midnight it was really hard to sleep. If you are a light sleeper, please ask for the second level.

Great location in Shem Creek
Liked: Great location, easy parking and nice size room with view of the creek. Marsh room view would include view of parking lot, and shade all day. We enjoyed sunny veranda and view of the pool. Quiet and less busy this time of the year, but music by the pool most of the day/evening. Could walk to restaurants, including The Wreck (featured in Outer banks series). Great walkway by the marsh and creek.
Disliked: Would like a kettle, but coffee machine was nice. A little noisy outside and in hallway, but not more than should be expected. Very basic breakfast, no fresh foods.
