Underwhelming

Disliked: We arrived at check-in (4pm) and were told that our son could only use the pool during the children’s swimming time (4–5pm). This barely gave us time to check in, get ready, and actually enjoy the pool within the 45-minute slot. We were then allowed to swim during an adult-only session, but it was not a comfortable or appropriate environment for a child.Later, when we went to the Sky Lounge for dinner, my wife was hoping to have a Shepherd’s Pie the evening before running the London Marathon. However, we were informed the restaurant was closed for a private event — something we hadn’t been made aware of beforehand.For the price we paid, the overall experience felt underwhelming and disappointing, especially given the multiple letdowns.
