Liked: Convenient location.
Disliked: Not sure where to start. On site parking extremely limited. Neighbors shouting and slamming doors at 4 AM. The fan only working if the light is on, so no airflow at night. The shower leaking everywhere and the loose shower handles impossible to maneuver.

Disliked: The place had a nice vibe, but the room was freezing. The AC was controlled by a locked thermostat shared with two other rooms, so we couldn't adjust it. It made our stay very uncomfortable at night.

A pleasant stay

Liked: The room was always kept at a present temperature, which is very welcome especially in the summer in florida. The room was also clean and housekeeping was offered daily.
Disliked: The Room was very small overall. There were no power outlets next to the bed or other convenient places.The location is somewhat is about 15 min of walking away from any regular restaurants.

Disliked: My room was adjacent to a very loud alarm bell warning that the bascule bridge was operating AND it tolled all night !!

Blood on sheets, insect poop...

Liked: The hotel buildings had potential, but are in need of some TLC—and under the current management, I wouldn't count on it.
Disliked: This hotel was filthy—there was dried blood on the bedsheets, insect faeces on the floor, the smoke alarm was covered with a plastic bag, the shower curtain had random insects and bits on it, the sprinkler and shower were rusty, paint was peeling from the walls and furniture—truly one of the worst hotel rooms I've seen. I'd upload more photos of this if I could! Seeking to give them a second chance, they agreed to give us an "upgraded" room, which we accepted, only to find after a more in-depth review that this second room had a non-functioning toilet (didn't flush), a used bar of soap in the shower that looked like it'd been there for weeks, and a filthy sink (complete with a stray pubic hair). In general, the hotel was in a rough-feeling neighbourhood, had a loud external environment, and a poorly organised lobby. This hotel was NOT as described and did not look like the pictures. Because of the rooms being either filthy or non-functioning, we decided to check out early and go to a different hotel. Instead of doing the decent thing and agreeing to our refund request, they have refused entirely to process a refund or any form of compensation. Truly a hotel to be avoided! Save your money and the stress!
