Liked: The woman when I checked in was sweet, funny and a pleasure to be with. The staff that was there in the morning, not so much.
Disliked: Hot tub not functioning correctly, only 2 of the jets working

Don't expect the miracle of...

Liked: The room seemed mostly clean, minus a spray of makeup up the bathroom wall. Also the coffee pot was missing.
Disliked: There was no hot water in the shower. After driving 13 hours, a hot shower was all I wanted. Instead, I got barely lukewarm water, with poor water pressure. I tried to call the front desk using the room phone, but it was broken. So after calling from my cell, I was assured they would have hot water for my AM shower, before my event. Alas, the water was slightly warmer for a total of 2 minutes and then back to lukewarm. For $80, a hot shower should be included in the experience.
