Good amenities but unclean

Liked: The staff allowed us to check in early which was much appreciated as we'd had quite a drive to get there. The bed was comfortable. The room had good amenities including a decent sized fridge, microwave and plenty of tea and coffee. There was some breakfast available in reception in the morning (cereal, drinks, toast).
Disliked: The room was very dirty with loads of dead flies on the window sill, someone else's food on the inside of the microwave and a musty smell throughout our stay. The whole room needed a thorough deep clean. We brought some food with us to save money on eating out, however due to the uncleanliness I didn't feel comfortable eating in the room. We chose this hotel as it was one of the cheapest in the area, but I would recommend paying a little bit extra and staying elsewhere.

Liked: Breakfast was almost nonexistent. Coffee was almost gone. Got a half cup. 2 little muffins left. No milk.
Disliked: Room was cold . Bathroom very cold.couldn’t get anyone on the room phone.

Liked: The room was clean and comfortable. Great value and nice location. Included microwave and fridge in the room which were nice surprise.
Disliked: The sink in the bathroom was mostly clogged and was draining very slowly.
