Very comfortable, quiet, walk down...

We enjoyed our stay, but...

Liked: The location can’t be beat. The views both in the morning in the evening or wonderful.
Disliked: The rooms have no air conditioning. Not even a ceiling fan, which would have helped give some breeze in the room. It was warm and stuffy. It would have also been nice to have had a full length mirror on the inside of the closet door. Two very simple fixes that would have made for a nicer stay.

Enjoy the view and setting.

Liked: It is a great place to stay. The only one I will stay in. Have been going for years. The breakfast is a nice perk so is the cookie afternoon break and wine and cheese in late afternoon if one is around at the time.

Amazing location but not an...

Liked: The location was amazing, unobstructed view of the ocean.
Disliked: The stale smell we encountered upon opening the door. And the mattress and pillows were uncomfortable.

Good for staying only 1...

Liked: The breakfast was good, it had the basic food to start the day.
Disliked: The bathroom was to small, no place where to put stuff in the sink. No pane window to lower the outside noise. Before I left visited the suites, small tub.No jacuzzi for the guests.

Liked: Myself and two friends came to Santa Cruz for a quick get away. We are three older ladies, our room was on the second floor the room was nice, view was remarkably beautiful. We parked our car when we arrived and didn’t move it until we left. Easy walk to the beach, pier, and boardwalk. We enjoyed breakfast in the morning, cookies in the afternoon, and cheese and wine in the evenings. It was a safe place to sit by a fire in a private spot on the property and enjoy the amenities and sites.
Disliked: The private sitting areas, enjoying the fire pits, and the security. We felt completely comfortable enjoying the sounds of the waves knowing we were safe.

The most beautiful and relaxing...

Liked: Location was conveniently located. Walk to the beach and restaurants.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: Walking distance to Boardwalk, beach and restaurant very convenient. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Complementary breakfast, snack and wine time was very good.
Disliked: Shower pressure was terrible. Not refreshing after a long day on the beach. Room was small and not modern but cozy.
