While the facility is fine,...

Disliked: Maids come too early for those not checking out, then don't come back. We leave dirty towels out, even in the hallway & no one takes them & doesn't bring us clean towels. This happened during our stay in January too. There were never any paper towels in the ladies' public restroom. Three times I told staff & no one added any.

Disliked: The pool was closed since November however that was not stated anywhere on websiteMain reason for booking there. BERY DISAPPOINTED!

Probably will look for someplace...

Liked: My daughter and husband stayed in this hotel. I booked it for them. I don't think they were impressed with anything.
Disliked: The shower had black mold. Yuck. They just felt that the room did not feel clean or fresh.

Not good at all. Would...

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: They did not give us an accessible room. The room was not very clean. The bed was so uncomfortable. The chair in the room was missing the ottoman and was very uncomfortable. They did not have a lot of the breakfast items and the breakfast area was dirty. Paid too much for the room for it to be this bad. Would not stay there again.
