Disliked: How I have been here for over a week paying 200 a day and the room keepers never asked do I want the room cleaned they came never even tried and the one time I ask guest services for a broom they got a attitude being mad.

Liked: Everything was dirty and I found other people clothes in the bed I was sleeping in.
Disliked: The whole place could of been better than they have homeless people living under the stairs.

Decent stay for those on...

Liked: Close to airport, had fridge and microwave, bed nice and big, floor treatment was nice and easy to keep clean. Customer service was great, they were helpful and acknowledged me as soon as we arrived and quickly got us situated and provided a suggestion on where to eat.
Disliked: NO HOT WATER! This was a huge disappointment. You need more outlets or rearrange things bc the only way to plug in tv is to unplug microwave or fridge. Give everything an extra inspection for cleanliness, we found too many hairs in the bed, in the bathroom and some kind of crusted on white stuff smeared on the blanket. Looked like maybe toothpaste. Wash blankets when needed. Bleach the pillowcases bc one of them was very stained.Neighborhood was a bit sketchy (no way to change that!)

Not worth the high price

Liked: Within walking distance to major venue, small shops. Convenience store directly across the street.
Disliked: The hotel has very limited parking and really can only accommodate smaller vehicles. We had very hard, squeaky beds, absolutely no hot water at any point during our stay. Not to mention the bad water pressure. On one side of the room the power outlets didn’t work, and the other side’s outlets had to have the light on in order for the outlet to work. Overpriced room.
