Liked: Although the building is older and it’s not exactly luxury, however it was very sufficient for a little family trip away. It has everything you need in the room (basic of course) and the staff were very friendly and polite.The breakfast was really high quality, delicious!
Disliked: It’s basic and older but this didn’t bother us.

Accomodation

Liked: Bed comfortable. Newly decorated shower , toilet and sink area. Heater if needed. Complimentary soap and shampoo.
Disliked: No hairdryer

Disliked: Think £20 per night per dog is a bit expensive

Disliked: Everything. The owners do not care about the guests. They do not listen. They will not refund. The place is worse than a cheap hostel. There is no hot water! It is grotty, damp, with cracked dangerous tiles on the bathroom floor, and mouldy. I felt very very unsafe. I saw something on my bed and that was it. We were off. We had read later lots of terrible reviews regarding bed bugs and fleas. The owner in an email said we are not entitled to a refund. Excuse me, but we were entitled to stay in hotel that looked like the images advertised and it does not. They ask you to sign a form when you enter, it mentions about posting photographs on social media.
