So awful we left and...

Liked: It was so bad that we couldn’t stay. The front office was locked up and we had to talk through a hole. The room was dirty, smelled like someone had smoked. My bed had a bobby-pin left in it and cigarette burns on blanket eith stains on the sheets. There was mold around the bathtub. BThe place was run down , peeling paint and dirty under stairs. It was rated 4.0 and I would say a -4.0. Worst I have ever seen and I would like a refund!!!
Disliked: Everything about the place could have been better. Honestly a scary place like a bad movie!

Liked: I waited over an hour for the front desk Clark to come open the door called well over 50 times called support support hung up on me. Then called back said I wanted my money back so I could go somewhere else they told me there’s a cancellation fee WHEN I COULDN’T CHECK IN BECAUSE THEY WOULDN’T OPEN THE DOOR or answer the phone that the sign on the door says to answer.

Kind and professional staff and...

Liked: The staff was kind, professional, and patient. The rooms were clean. For a business trip, that is the most important item is that the rooms are clean and bed is comfortable.
Disliked: A lot of renovations at this hotel. It will look very nice when complete. In the meantime, the pool had no water in it to enjoy, the bathroom is small compared to other hotels, and the parking is not large vehicle friendly.

Liked: nothing, pictures of motel are nothing like the property looks like,it should have been condemned a long time ago,rooms are nothing like the pictures show
Disliked: says parcel refund but after you pay it says no refund,bedspread and blankets on both beds had burn holes in them, not clean at all chip crumbs under one bed no motel sign anywhere,boarded up restaurant on lot no water in pool

Modest downtown accommodation

Liked: Hey, modest property in the traditional downtown area. Not far from the Riverwalk redevelopment.The staff was responsive to my requests.
Disliked: An older property and not fancy, but good utility. Not much activity in that area at night.

Liked: The price. When other motels were over $---this motel was priced right for the one night stay. It was clean and the bed was comfortable and a good pillow
Disliked: Its an old hotel and hard to maintain, Im sure. Because of its age it didnt have the electrical outlets expected in our modern age. The worst thing about it was completely out of the motel control was the Bandimere racing tryouts on Santa Fe drive

Disliked: You tell me to call the property the property told me to call you still I'm out $60 dollars
