Exceptional

Our daughter is at UCSB....

Liked: The room and facilities were exceptionally clean. The front desk staff are super efficient and helpful. The breakfast was fine and the breakfast room was super clean and kept well maintained. The pool and hot tub area are smallish but clean. We had a very nice stay and this was our second time. A very good deal, and a great location.
Disliked: The rooms are slightly dated, but well-maintained and very clean.

Unfortunately not what I expected

Liked: I booked a 2 bedroom and was given a single room 231. I paid in full for a 2 bedroom. Am I entitled to a refund
Disliked: The rug was very stained and unappealing to look at. Coffee machine did not work

Good

Liked: The breakfast was good, I had oatmeal, bagel, banana, and coffee. My husband enjoyed having a nice hot cup of coffee early in the morning. The room was clean and tidy. I originally had concerns that it would be noisy in the evening, but all was quiet by 9:00PM.

The shower floor was slippery...

Liked: No toast cream cheese was stored below hard for elderly person to select same with half and half creamer should have some above near bagels
